Red Box Homes, by Residential Attitudes launched a ground breaking new range of stylish two storey homes perfectly suited for today's market.

"Red Box by Residential Attitudes is a response to a market segment that demands creativity and innovation in design" says Hochwald-Jones.

"We've spoken to many people over the last year who were in tune with what we set out to achieve at Residential Attitudes and related to our commitment to quality and high specification but who through market forces or block restrictions needed homes that fell into the $300,000 to $450,000 bracket. This is somewhat below the Residential Attitudes optimum, but we asked ourselves why these potential clients should have to compromise."

With clever design, and by restricting extensive variations, Red Box achieves the goal of providing high quality and high specification homes at a surprisingly affordable price.
